Windermere Lake Cruises

You can't truly appreciate the Lakes without going out on the water. With daily cruises departing from the centre of Windermere, travelling a host of routes, you'll be spoilt for choice!

South Lakes Zoo

Home to over 1000 of the rarest animals, South Lakes Zoo is a great family day out with animal feeding experiences and amazing creatures to view and learn about it. Just a 25 minute drive away from our front door!

The Old Laundry Theatre

The Old Laundry Theatre showcases some of the best and well-known stage shows from around the world along with live music and film screenings throughout the year.

Wray Castle

Visitors can spend an entire day at Wray and it won’t be the traditional National Trust house you may be expecting. There is something here for everyone and it is a good base for a great day out. Perhaps linked with a walk down the lakeshore as well.
